- Precise Flow Regulation
Adopting a rising-stem disc structure, the opening degree of the disc can be linearly controlled by rotating the handwheel, enabling precise adjustment of fluid flow. It is suitable for working conditions in petrochemical, power energy and other industries that have high requirements for flow accuracy.
- Reliable Sealing & High Pressure Resistance
The valve seat and disc use hard alloy sealing pairs or soft seals (e.g., PTFE). Combined with the precision machining process of the valve body, zero medium leakage is ensured. The main body is made of carbon steel/stainless steel, reinforced by forging + heat treatment, which can withstand high pressure and a wide temperature range, making it suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure fluid scenarios.
- Stable Operation & Convenient Maintenance
The outside screw & yoke (OS&Y) design (the handwheel rises and falls synchronously with the valve stem) allows intuitive judgment of the valve opening. The valve stem adopts a packing seal structure; only the packing needs to be replaced in the later period to maintain sealing performance, reducing operation and maintenance costs.
